摘    要:在不同灌水处理条件下,对宁春4号春小麦的水分利用效率(WUE)和光合速率(Pn)的生育期变化和灌浆期日变化进行研究.结果表明:WUE、Pn、蒸腾速率(Tr)对不同水分处理的响应不同,WUE、Pn、Tr在生育期变化和日变化中都呈现双峰曲线.全生育期正常灌4水的WUE在生育前期高于其他处理,生育后期以缺灌孕穗-开花水处理的WUE最高,而延迟灌2水、3水的处理的WUE最低,且生育后期WUE下降明显.任何时期发生水分亏缺,则该时期的Pn、Tr都会下降.WUE在日出后迅速提高,上午WUE以缺灌3水的处理最高,缺灌拔节水的处理最低.相关分析结果表明:WUE与Pn之间有显著或极显著正相关关系,而与Tr及气孔导度(Gs)之间有显著或极显著负相关关系,其中对WUE直接作用最大的是Pn和Tr.因此适时灌水可以提高光合速率和水分利用效率.

Abstract:Study on water use efficiency (WUE)and photosynthetic rate(Pn) of growth duration change and diurnal change of grain filling stage in Spring wheat, Ningchun NO. 4, the results showed that WUE,Pn, Tr respond different under different water measure, WUE, Pn and Tr all showed 2 peaks on growth duration change and diurnal change of grain filling stage. Extremes were happened WUE of A before procreate prophase, WUE of D after procreate prophase, Pn ,Tr would be dropped out with water shortage at any time, WUE were improved rapidly after sunrise, WUE of D were the tiptop in a. m, WUE of C were the opposition. The eorrelativity results showed that prominent positive correlation on WUE with Pn, prominent negative correlation on Tr with Gs. WUE and Pn should be improved through timing irrigation.
