甜菜碱与植物抗逆性关系的研究进展

摘    要:甜菜碱是高等植物重要的渗透调节物质,能够提高细胞的渗透调节能力,降低因渗透失水造成对细胞膜、酶及蛋白质结构与功能的伤害,在调节植物对环境胁迫的适应性,提高植物对各种胁迫因子抗性等方面具有重要的生理作用.根据近年来植物内源甜菜碱的积累与作用机理,外源甜菜碱的作用以及甜菜碱合成途径相关基因工程等研究进展进行了综述,甜菜碱在提高植物的抗逆性研究方面具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:As one of the most important osmotic regulators in higher plants,glycine betaine may accumulate in plants to improve the osmotic regulation in cells,and alleviate the damages of osmotic dehydration to cellular membranes and to structure and function of enzymes and proteins.Thus,it plays significant physiological functions in regulating the adaptability to environmental stress and in enhancing the osmotic stress resistance in many plants.Also,glycine betanie accumulation has become a target for engineering stress resistance in plants.The recent progresses in accumulation and action of endogenous glycine betaine,the application of exogenous glycine betaine,and the stress resistant genetic engineering of glycine betaine were reviewed in detail.The promising application of glycine betaine in enhancing the stress resistance in plants was anticipated.
