摘    要:根据国内外植物硒的研究进展,综述了植物硒的含量、分布和形态以及硒在植物体内的生理功能,分析了影响硒吸收的因素.主要从生理和分子水平方面介绍植物对硒的吸收以及硒在植物体内转化的机理,在此基础上提出了研究方向.

Abstract:According to the research progress of selenium in plant domestic and abroad,the content,distribute and formation of selenium in plant were summarized.Physiological functions in plant were also summarized. The factors which influenced plant to absorb selenium were analyzed.The mechanism of absorption and transformation of selenium in plant was introduced from physiological and molecular levels.On the basis of those,research directions were put forward.
