| 摘 要： | 要使搬出来的生态移民能够“稳得住”，进而逐步致富，关键是要提升生态移民的发展能力，从而有力改善其生产生活状况．针对宁夏生态移民发展能力的现状，结合实地调研分析影响宁夏生态移民发展能力的主客观因素，提出相应的改善及提升生态移民发展能力的对策和建议．

| Abstract: | To make the ecological immigrants who had already moved out to ＂live＂, and gradually get rich, the key is to promote the development ability of ecological immigrants, so as to effectively improve production and living conditions. This paper based on the status of Ningxia ecological immigrants~ development capability, combined with field research to analysis and study of the subjective and objective factors which affecting development ability of Ningxia ecological immigrants, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aimed at improving and promote the development ability of Ningxia ecological immigrants |
