| 摘 要： | 苜蓿(Medicago L.)是一种较为抗旱的优良牧草,在大田自然干旱的条件下对8种苜蓿进行干旱试验,并对几项抗旱生理生化指标进行动态研究,结果表明:苜蓿叶片脯氨酸质量分数、叶片水分饱和亏缺WSD和CAT酶活性均随干旱程度的加深而呈现上升趋势,POD酶活性随干旱程度加深呈现先下降后上升的趋势.

| Abstract: | Alfalfa is a kind of drought tolerant forage grass.8 alfalfa varieties were tested under field soil drought condition and several indices' dynamic states were studied.The results showed that the proline content,WSD and catalase activity were increased with the severer drought level,and peroxidase activity was reduced first and then increased. |
