| 摘 要： | 介绍了红寺堡工业园区的概况,从扩展潜力、结构潜力、强度潜力、管理潜力和尚可供地年数等方面对园区进行了土地集约利用潜力测算.通过对计算结果进行分析,认为红寺堡工业园区土地集约利用潜力较小,不利于园区未来的发展,为此,提出园区挖掘土地集约利用潜力的途径.最后,从4个方面总结了红寺堡工业园区土地集约利用潜力测算结果的应用途径.

| Abstract: | This article showed the profile of Hongsibu industrial park,and then carried out the park's land intensive-use potential which included enlarging potential,configuration potential,intensity potential,management potential and the available years of supplying land.Based on analysis of the result,we thought Hongsibu industrial park's land intensive-use potential is low.It made against the development of park.So it is proposed several ways of improving the park's land intensive-use potential in this paper.Final... |
