杨梅POD、PPO酶活性动态变化研究

摘    要:通过研究杨梅不同生长阶段的POD和PPO酶活性动态变化,并分别对添加3种制剂的杨梅POD和PPO酶活性进行测定。结果表明:POD活性随着杨梅果实生长时间的延长而增加,且PPO活性在生长前期也有所增强;3种制剂对POD和PPO酶活性皆起到了显著抑制作用。

Abstract:The enzyme activities of POD and PPO of Myrica rubra added three preparations were determined by researching the dynamic changes of POD and PPO activities of Myrica rubra at different growth stage. The results showed that POD activity increased with the postponement of plant growth and PPO activity slightly increased in the early growth stage. All three preparations had a significant inhibitory effect on POD and PPO enzyme activities of Myrica rubra.
