| Abstract: | The successful experience on the development of winter rape in Xingan county was summarized based on aspects of the atmosphere creation, the scientific arrangement, financial support, base construction, support services, supervision and implementation, the main existing problems including unbalanced development, seeding later, using single variety were pointed out. |
