摘    要:研究常规饲料粉料加工对枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数的影响,计数统计结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌理论添加值(6.02±0.13)×10^7和实际计数值(6.15±0.76)×10^7并无显著差异,说明枯草芽孢杆菌稳定性好,能够经受饲料粉料加工过程中的高温、挤压等的考验,可在饲料生产过程中直接添加应用。

Abstract:Effects of conventional feed - powder processing on the number of living bacterium, Bacillus subtilis were studied. Statistical data showed that there were no significant differences between theoretical adding value(6.02±0.13)×10^7and actual count value (6.15±0.76)×10^7 of Bacillus subtilis, which indicated that Bacillus subtilis had well stability and could bear the high temperature and extrusion during the processing process of feed - powder, and could be directly added in the productive procedure.
