密集烘烤定色和干筋期风机转速对上部烟叶外观质量和内在品质的影响

摘    要:为了进一步改善上部烟叶质量和优化密集烘烤工艺,通过变频器控制密集烤房循环风机转速,研究了密集烘烤定色和干筋期不同风机转速对上部烟叶外观质量、化学成分及协调性、致香物质含量和感官评吸质量的影响.结果表明,定色期和干筋期的风机转速对上部烟叶的外观质量和内在品质的形成有重要作用,适当降低风机转速能够明显提高上部烟叶的烘烤质量...
