不同产地白花蛇舌草的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析

采用高效液相色谱技术,建立了白花蛇舌草指纹图谱分析方法.不同产地白花蛇舌草共有13个共有峰,除栽培白花蛇舌草外,与对照图谱相比,各地野生白花蛇舌草相似度均在0.90以上,说明高效液相色谱色谱指纹图谱技术可用来对白花蛇舌草进行定性及比较研究.

Study on fingerprints of Hedyotis diffusa willd. from different sources by high-performance liquid chromatography

To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Hedyotis diffusa willd. , chromatographic experiments were performed on thermo betabasic C18 column, eluted with acetonitrile and water, containing 0.5% acetic acid as the mobile phases in gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min~(-1). The detection wavelength was 360 nm. 13 common peaks were found in the fingerprints of 12 batches Hedyotis diffusa willd. ,and, except planting herbs, good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the herbs from different sources. The methodological evaluation showed that the results were in accordance with the technological requirements of chromatography fingerprint, which has laid a good foundation for quality control of codex fraxini.
