| 摘 要： | 利用色差仪测得中红杨不同季节不同部位叶片L,a,b值,与提取测定的花色素苷含量进行相关性分析.结果表明,中红杨叶片色光值与花色素苷舍量呈显著性相关.根据其相关关系建立了色光值与花色素苷含量的回归方程.通过回归预测分析与t检验,预测值与实际测定值吻合程度极高,因此可以根据色光值的季节变化规律准确地估测出中红杨叶片中花色素苷含量的变化规律.

| Abstract: | A correlation analysis between the L, a, b value and contents of anthocyanin in Populus × euramericana 'zhonghong' leaves measured in different seasons with colorimeter shows: there was a significant correlation between the color value and contents of anthocyanin in Populus × euramericana ' zhonghong' leaves.The regression equation related to the color value and anthocyanin contents was established according to their correlativity.The results of regression prediction analysis and t-examining showed that the predicted value was extremely agreed with measured value.Therefore, it is feasible to accurately estimate the change discipline of anthocyanin contents in Populus ~ euramericana ' zhonghong' leaves according to the change discipline of color value. |
