摘    要:以21个小麦品种和化学杂交剂Genesis的不同剂量为处理,采取裂区设计的方法,研究了Genesis的杀雄效果及其不同基因型小麦对Genesis反应的遗传差异 .结果表明,Genesis诱导小麦雄性不育效果具有广谱性,在3 kg.hm-2剂量下大部分品种的不育率达到99%以上,但不同品种敏感性不同,其不育率差异显著.本文还对Genesis的药害进行了讨论.

Abstract:A split plot design with 2 replications was used in this experiment,in which 3 dosages of Genesis were layout in the main plot and 21 wheat ( T . aestivum L.) varieties were layout in the subplot.The effect of male sterile induced by Genesis and the reaction of different wheat genotypes to Genesis were studied in this experiment.Results indicated that the Genesis performed very well on male sterile inducing and the sterility for most varieties involved was above 99% under the dosage of 3 kg.hm -2 Genesis applied.However,differences in sterility among the varieties at the same dosage of Genesis were existed due to the different sensitivity of genotypes. The foliar injury by Genesis was also discussed in the paper.
