化学杂交剂BAU9403对小麦群体光合速率及千粒重的影响

摘    要:选用3个小麦品种,研究了化学杂交剂(CHA)BAU9403的诱导雄性不育效果及对群体光合速率和千粒重的影响,结果表明,选用适宜的喷药时期和剂量喷施BAU9403,可获得95%以上的雄性不育率,喷药后群体光合速率明显升高,但随着测定时期的推迟,这种现象越来越不明显;而喷药后千粒重则呈下降趋势,品种间有明显差异,喷药后各时期的光合速率与千粒重间无显著的相关关系。

The effect of spraying chemical hybridization agent BAU9403 on photosynthetic rate and 1 000 grain weight in wheat
Abstract:Using 3 wheat varieties, the male sterility and the effect on population photosynthetic rate and 1 000 grain weight in wheat by spraying CHA BAU9403 were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the sterile rate above 95% could be reached by selecting suitable spraying period and dosage. Population photosynthetic rate had an increasing tendency after spraying BAU9403,and the increasing slowed down with the delay of the testing time,but grain weight had a decreasing tendency and there were some differences among varieties .No significant correlation was found between grain weight and population photosynthetic rate of different development stages after spraying CHA.
