| 摘 要： | 烟草幼苗接种烟草花叶病毒（TMV）后，经3种中草药（木、反和九）处理均提高了烟草对花叶病毒病的抗性，烟草幼苗中苯丙氨酸解氨酶（PAL）和多酚氧化酶（PPO）的活性均高于对照。SDS－PAGE蛋白图谱发生了不同的变化，除诱导出共有的新多肽外，还各自诱导出特有的新多肽。此外，烟草体内的一些重要化学物质（可溶性糖、还原性糖和总N）含量，也表现出有利于烟草品质的趋势。

| Abstract: | After tobacco seedling inoculated by TMV was treated by three kinds of herb(Mu,Fan,Jiu) the resistance of tobacco seedling to TMV increased,and the activity of polypheuoloxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine amonialyase (PAL) was stronger than those of the control.SDS PAGE protein pattern changed differently. Besides the newly induced polypiptids in common,they had their own new specialy induced polypiptids.In addition,the contents of some important chemical substances (soluble carbohydrate,reduce carbohydrate and total nitrogen) in tobacco tended to change favorably for the quatity of tobacco. |
