摘    要:本文研讨了新型植物生长调节物质表油菜素内酯(epibrassinolide 简称 BR),和 GA_3对烟草~(14) C-光合产物调配的影响。结果表明,用 BR0. 05ppm 和 GA_350ppm 处理的叶片可以较其它非处理的叶片获得较多的~(14) C-光合产物,叶片重量明显高于非处理的叶片,这表明 BR 和 GA_3对光合产物的运输具有调配作用。在试验中还观察到,用 BR0. 05ppm 和 GA_350ppm 浸根处理可使根系干重及~(14) C-还原糖和尼古丁含量增加,根系硝酸还原酶活性增强。BR 对烟草植株体内~(14) C-光合产物运输分配的调节作用大于 GA_3。

Abstract:The results of the experiments show that the leaves of tobacco plants treated with BR 0. 05 ppm and GA_350ppm obtain more ~(14) C-photosynthate than those wi- thout BR and GA_3 treatment.The dry weight of leaves treated with BR and GA_3 is obviously higher than that of leaves without BR and GA_3 treatment.This sag- gests BR and GA_3 play an important role in the movement of ~(14) C-photosynthate in tobacco plants.In addition,~(14) C-reducing sugar,nicotine contents and activiti- es of nitrate reductase are markedly increased in roots treated with BR0. 05ppm- and GA_3 50 ppm.The mobilizing power of BR on the transportation and dis- tribution of ~(14) c-photosynthate is bigger than that of GA_3.
