郁金香切花衰老过程中内源乙烯和SOD的变化

摘    要:对室温和低温条件下郁金香切花内源乙烯释放量和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行了测定。结果表明:在切花衰老过程中,内源乙烯释放量的变化与跃变型果实的完熟过程相类似,低温(4℃)延缓切花衰老的原因是由于钝化了乙烯结合位点,降低了切花对乙为然的敏感程度。在切花贮藏初期,SOD活性维持在较高水平,贮藏中期,SOD活性表现为波动性,贮藏后期,随着切花衰老的加深,SOD活性急剧下降,SOD高峰与乙烯高峰往往同步

Abstract:Endogenous ethylene and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities of cut tulip aredetermined under the room temperature and cool storage.The results indicat that thechange of endogenous ethylene release is similar to that of the maturation processof fruitswith respiratory clamacteric. Low temperature can delay the senescence of the cut flower,because it blunts the combined position of ethylene,and reduces the sensitivity to ethy-lene. The activity of SOD maintains a higher level during the earlierstage of the storage ofthe cut flower,and shows fluctuation during the middle stage and decreases sharply duringthe late stage. The clamatic of SOD appears simultaneously with ethylene ,or earlier thanethylene. The reduction of SOD activity and increase ofendogenous ethylene release is oneof the reasons that cause senescence of the cut flower.
