| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外研究结果的收集、整理及分析，得出了可用于玉米抗旱性鉴定的十几种生理生化指标，比较准确可靠的指标有ＬＷＰ、电导率、离体叶抗脱水能力、ＳＯＤ活性ＣＡＴ活性、ＭＤＡ含量等，其它指标由于研究结果不一致或研究报道较少，其可靠性尚难以确定，应慎重选用。

| Abstract: | Through collection,sorting out and analysis of data,more than 10 kinds of physiological and biochemical indexes were found to have been used in Maize drought resistance identification.Among them,leaf water potential,membrane permeability,water loss resistance of excised leaf,SOD activity,CAT activity,MDA content,etc.were reliable indexes. In addition,other indexes were difficult to determine since there were different viewpoints on the research or little researches on them have been reported,so they must be used very carefully. |
