烤烟发育过程中香气成分的变化动态研究

摘    要:2004年对四川攀西地区烤烟下部和中部叶片发育过程中中性香气物质进行了定量分析.结果表明,在烤烟生长发育过程中新植二烯、大马酮、香叶基丙酮和芳樟醇的含量整体呈增加趋势;二氢猕猴桃内酯、苯乙醇、苯乙醛、糠醇、糠醛在烤烟发育过程中整体呈下降趋势;不同部位烟叶中巨豆三烯酮和茄酮的变化规律不同.苯甲醇和甲苯含量变化呈现为双峰曲线.苯甲醛和5-甲基糠醛在幼叶中有较低的含量,但45 d叶龄以后即检测不到含量.调制过程会使烟叶中新植二烯、大马酮、香叶基丙酮、糠醛、巨豆三烯酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、二甲苯的含量上升,而苯乙醇、苯甲醛、茄酮、糠醇、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、芳樟醇、戊酸含量在烤后烟叶中含量下降.

Abstract:The quantitative determination of flavour components in flue-cured tobacco leaves from Panxi region of Sichuan Province during the growth and development was studied.The results showed that the contents of neophytadiene,damascenone,geranyl acetone and linalool increased with the developing of flue-cured tobacco leaves;but the contents of dihydroactinolide,phenyl ethyl alcohol,phenyl acetaldehyde,furfuryl alcohol and furfural decreased.The dynamic changes of megastigmatrienones and solanesol were different at different stalk position.The contents of neophytadiene,damascenone,geranyl acetone,furfural,megastigmatrienones,dibutyl phthalate and xylene increased after curing of flue-cured tobacco leaves;but the contents of phenyl ethyl alcohol,benzyldehyde,solanesol,furfuryl alcohol,linalool,diethyl phthalate and valeriate decreased.
