摘    要:比较分析了褐皮砂梨和红皮砂梨果实和某些品质性状及抗氧化活性的差异。结果表明,2种野生砂梨果实都富含矿质元素,尤以Ca,Fe,Cr最为丰富,含有较多的TTS和多酚类物质,Vc-含量相对较低,各种营养成分褐皮砂梨高于红皮砂梨。体外抗氧化活性分析表明,2种野生砂梨果实提取液均能降低小白鼠脑及肝组织匀浆的脂质过氧化水平。

Abstract:Comparative analysis was conducted on the difference of some quality characters and antioxidation of black sand pear and red sand pear fruits.The results indicated that mineral element contents of pear fruits such as Ca,Fe,Cr are rich,the contents of TTS and polyphenolic materials are richer,and Vitamin C is lower.Varied nutrient content of black sand pear fruits is higher than that red sand pear.Antioxidation of external body analysis indicated that extraction of the two sand pear fruits could both reduce lipid peroxidation of brain and liver hornogentes of small white mouse.The results indicated the antioxidation of black sand pear fruits was higher than that of the red ones.
