| 摘 要： | 花生荚果发育过程可分为快速膨大阶段、缓慢膨大阶段和人水收缩阶段，在荚果膨大阶段根系干重、体积和活力依次迅速增加并达到最大值；进入失水收缩阶段后，各项测定指标值迅速减小。过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性在荚果膨大初期最高，随着荚果发育而逐渐降低，过氧化物酶（POD）活性随着荚果发育而逐渐升高，并于失水收缩阶段达到最大值，叶绿素含量在荚果膨大初期最高，随着荚果发育而逐渐降低，CAT活性、POD活性和叶绿素含量受天气影响较大。 |

| Abstract: | The process of peanut shell development could be divided into three stages:rapid inflation stage,slow inflation stage and shrinkage stage from losing water.During inflation stage,the dry weight,volume and activity of peanut roots got their climaxes in turn.Each value of index of roots decreased rapidly during shrinkage stage.CAT activity was the highest in the early stage of shell rapid inflation,then decreased with the shell development.POD activity increased with the shell development,and got its climax in the shrinkage stage.The content of Chl.was the highest in the early stage of shell inflation,and then decreased with the shell development,CAT activity,POD activity and the content of Chl.were influenced more largely by weather factors. |
