茎尖采摘次数对叶菜型甘薯薯块产量及品质的影响

摘    要:以叶菜型甘薯品种百薯1号为试验材料,采用0~7次8个茎尖采摘处理,采摘时间间隔为10 d,分析了茎尖采摘对薯块产量和品质的影响.结果表明,薯块产量与茎尖采摘次数具有显著的线性负相关关系;对薯块的8个主要营养成分含量测定结果表明,烘干率及灰分、脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉、粗纤维和Vc的含量都随着茎尖采摘次数增加而呈现先升后降的变化趋势,只有可溶性糖的含量在进行第1次茎尖采摘时就出现了明显的降低;在茎尖采摘3次时,烘干率、灰分、脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉和粗纤维等的含量均达到最高,且高于对照,可溶性糖的含量也在此时出现了1个反弹.因此,对于叶菜型甘薯品种,采用3次茎尖采摘是比较合理的,这样可以兼顾薯块产量,并具有薯块品质改良的效果.

Abstract:Baishu 1,a leaf-vegetable sweet potato culitrvar,was used in this experiment.Stem tips were picked from 0 to 7 times at intervals of 10 days.The influence of tip picking on tuber yield and quality was analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant negative linear relationship between tuber yield and times of tip picking.Contents of 8 main nutritional components were determined.With the increase in tip picking times,content of drying rate,ash,fat,protein,starch,crude fibre and Vc all showed a trend of rising at first and then going down.Only content of soluble sugar obviously decreased at first time of tip picking.At 3rd time of tip picking,dried rate and contents of ash,fat,protein,starch and crude fiber all reached the maximum and exceeded those of CK.Content of soluble sugar synchronously appeared a rebound.Therefore,3 times of tip picking were comparatively rational for a leaf-vegetable sweet potato.Considerations were given both to tuber yield and quality.
