| Abstract: | Using the method of EBSCSC (enhanced balance scorecard of supply chain), the supply chain performance appraisal indexes system is set up in terms of five aspects including financing, client, procedure, development and exterior, and the weight of indexes is given by AHP. Finally, a practical demonstration and comparison analyses are made of two supply chains in the field. |
