| Abstract: | A rapid and simple DNA extraction method for PCR and RAPD analyses for the pine needles.was report- ed.The method is simple,and very few plant materials are needed.The quality of the extracted DNA was good,so was the effect of PCR. It is suitable for RAPD analysis. |
