珙桐营养器官解剖学研究

摘    要:对我国珍稀特产树种珙桐叶、茎、根器官进行了解决学研究,发现其叶为两面叶,气孔平列型,仅分布于下表皮,栅栏组织发达。茎的皮层和髓生活薄壁细胞丰富,次生木质部导管散生,导管端壁具校状复穿孔。根的初生木质部为四原型。根、茎、叶薄壁组织细胞中均有丰富的结晶体,部分细胞壁出现网状结构。

Abstract:Anatomical studies on such organs like leaf, stem and root of Davidia involucrate Baill, a rare special local tree species in China shows that leaf of Davidia involucrate Baill is bifacial with diveloped palisade tissue, and the stomas distribute only on the lower epidermis, being paracytic type. In the stem, the living thin-wall cells are very rich in the cortex and the pith. In the secondary xylem of the stem, the vessels are scalariform compound perforations and the vessel cavities are not circularly distributed. The primary xylem of the root is tetrarch with four vascular bundles. There are abundant crystals in all the thin-wall cells of the roots, stems and leaves, and in the walls of some cells there exist reticulate structures.
