| 摘 要： | 研究了铈（Ce^3 )对日本沼虾（Macrobrachium nipponenese)卵子孵化的影响。结果,发Ce^3 的浓度为0．2mg.L^-1时，孵化率与对照组无显著差异；Ce^3 的浓度范围为1．2－2．4mg.L^-1，可提高孵化率13．7％－19．1％，铈对卵子孵化的促进作用是通过卵子对铈的吸收实现的。

| Abstract: | The effect of cerium on egg hatching of Macrobrachium nipponense was studied.Compared with the control group,when the concentration of Ce3＋ was 0．2 mg*L－1,the hatching percentage was not influenced (P＞0.05)，while the optimum concentrations of Ce3＋ were between 1.2～2．4 mg*L－1，the hatching rate increased by 13.7%～19.1%.The egg hatching percentage increased by absorbing cerium from water. |
