普通小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基与沉淀值的关系

摘    要:运用SDS-PAGE分析了2个杂交组合F3株系和国内14个普通小麦品种的HMW谷蛋白亚基组成、亚基对SDS沉淀值的效应、Glu-1品质评分与SDS沉淀值的关系。结果表明,不同亚基对SDS沉淀值的贡献不同。其中,亚基5+10优于2+12或4+12;1和2,7+8和7+9的作用相近。Glu-1品质评分与SDS沉淀值极显著正相关

Abstract:The grain proteins of F3 progenies from 2 crosses and 14 China-grown wheat varieties were fractionated by sodium dodecyl polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) to determine their HMW glutenin subunits and their relation to SDS sedimentation value. It was concluded that different subunit influenced SDS sedimentation value differently. Progenies containing subunit 5+10 had higher SDS sedimentation value than those containing 2+12 or 4+12. The difference of sedimentation value between 7+8 and 7+9, 1 and 2* was not significant. An extremely significant and positive correlation was found between Glu-1 quality score and SDS sedimentation value.
