杜洛克猪胴体瘦肉量估测方法的研究

摘    要:选择活重90kg左右的杜洛克猪65头,分别以其股二头肌重,股四头肌重、后腿重、板油重、背膘厚和活重作为自变量,胴体瘦肉量作为依变量,采用多元回归分析方法建立多元线性回归方程,然后通过统计检验,剔除作用较小的自变量,建立了3个回归方程。经对65头杜洛克猪的胴体瘦肉量进行估测(其估测值与实测值均数经t检验P>0.05),差异不显著。证明此为一个简易、准确估测瘦肉量的方法,适于科研和生产应用。

Abstract:Duroc swine which have a live-weight about 90 kg each were selected in thisstudy. For the establishment of a multi-way linear regression analysis method,the sixseparately estimated weights of m. biceps femoris,m. quadratus femoris,rear leg ,flare fat,back fat and live-weight were used as independent variables,and the lean meat content ofcarcass was used as a dependent variable. After statistical examination and omitting thesmall insignificant independent variables,three regression equations were established.Using the three equations we predicted the lean meat content of carcass in 65 selectedDuroc swine. The average value of prediction and the estimated value were proved to haveno significant difference through the t-test(P>0.05).This shows our method is simpleand accurate in the prediction of the lean meat content of carcass,and can be easily used inboth research and production.
