玉米苗枯病抗病资源的鉴定

摘    要:通过盆栽试验接种串珠镰刀菌,利用建立的玉米抗苗枯病鉴定指标体系,进行玉米苗枯病抗性鉴定,从47份玉米自交系和21份玉米杂交(种)组合中分别筛选出了2份高抗自交系和3份高抗杂交种,15份抗病自交系和7份抗病杂交种。

Abstract:Using established index system, 47 maize inbred lines and 21 maize hybrids were used as materical for identification of maize resistance to seedling blight with pot experiment by inoculation of Fusarium moniliforme. The results indicated that 2 highly resistant inbred lines and 3 maize hybrids, 15 resistant inbred lines and 7 maize hybrids to maize seedling blight were screened out for inheritance to resistance and resistant breeding.
