摘    要:对兰考泡桐一年生苗木 芽休眠期进行不同的平埋处理,结果表明,10月下旬至11月下旬实施平埋是可行的,苗木面芽越冬率无显著性差异;平埋覆土类型(粘土、沙土、两合土)对顶芽越冬率无显著性差异;平埋方式(顶芽不埋,其它部位平埋;干部不埋,其它部位平埋;整株平埋)对苗木顶芽越冬率影响差异显著;平埋深度对苗木顶芽成活率的影响差异极为显著,兰考泡桐苗木体面 芽失水速率高于侧芽和枝条,顶芽相对含水素与旬平均气温

Abstract:Top buds of one-year-old seedlings of paulownia elongate during season of dormant are buried in soil, the results showed that the difference of the rate of top buds' of the seedling through the winter buried for the last ten-day period of October to that of November and the that of the rate of top buds buried by soil type including clay, Sand and mixed soil are not signficant;but the difference of the rate of top buds buried in three ways including top buds not buried,stem not buried and whole plants buried, and the that the rate of top buds buried in among depths including 20cm,40cm and 60cm are significant. The RWC of the top buds, first pair of lateral buds and shoots having ability to live through the winter of one-year-old seedlings of Paulownia elongata shows that rate of the top buds' losing water is faster ho those of lateral buds and shoots.The the rate of the top buds' losing water in a period of ten days and the average air temperature in the same term are correlated.
