银鹊树营养器官的解剖观察

摘    要:观察中发现,银鹊树除幼根外,在茎、叶轴、小叶柄的内皮层和髓中,老根的次生以和主脉下方的薄壁组织中都有分泌和腔分布。根的初生构造中,内皮层无明显的凯氏带。不同的侧根其木质部,分别有三、五和六原型。茎的初生构造中,皮层和髓生活薄壁细胞丰富。次生木质部为散孔材,导管端壁倾斜,全为梯状复穿孔,木薄壁细胞衡少,呈星散分布。表明银鹊树在进是较为原始的树种。叶为两面叶,气孔只分布于下表皮,为无规则型(毛茛科型)。叶为中生植物叶的构造特征。

Abstract:There are secretory cavities distributed in the cortex and pith of the stem,of the rachis and the petiolule,in the secondary cortex of the old root,and in the parenchyma under the main vein,but not in the young root,in the Tapiscia sinensis. In the primare of the root, the endodermis has no clear.Casparian srip. According to the number of the xylem bundles, different side roots are triarach,pentarch and hexarch separately.In the primare of the stem, the living thin-wall cells are very rich in the cortex and the pith.The secondary xylem is that of diffuse-porous wood.The vessel end wall,applanate and slopping is ladder-shaped compund fenestrated.The wood parenchyma is rare and has a star-scattering distribution.All these indicate that Tapiscia sinensis is a more primitive species in evolution.The leaf is of bifacial.Stomata only scatter over the lower epidernis of the leaf, which belongs to anomocytic type 9(Ranunculaceous type).The structural characteristics of the leaf are those of the mesomorphic leaf.
