| 摘 要： | 从患皮肤病犬患病部位分离出1株真菌,对其培养特性、形态特征、致病性等生物学特性以及核糖体转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS)的分子特征进行研究.结果表明,该分离株具有曲霉菌的典型菌落和形态特征;经皮肤和腹腔接种途径感染免疫抑制小鼠,均出现与自然感染病例相似的皮肤病变;基于rDNA-ITS序列的分子鉴定证实该分离株为黑曲霉菌.

| Abstract: | A strain of fungi was isolated from the lesions of dog suffering from skin diseases,and was further identified as Aspergillus niger according to its culture characteristics,morphological characteristics,molecular characteristics of ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(rDNA-ITS).The similar skin lesions are observed on the immunosuppressive mice infected with the isolated by the way of intraperitoneal injection and skin smear.The results show that Aspergillus niger can infect dog,indicating its public healt... |
