| 摘 要： | 利用超声乳化机理,将适当配比的0#柴油、水和SPSO型乳化剂进行乳化,研究了掺水量、乳化剂含量、乳化温度和乳化时间时乳化柴油稳定性的影响.结果表明,随着掺水量的增加,乳化柴油的热值逐渐下降,黏度、闪点、燃点和凝点越来越高,最大掺水量应小于18%.对10%,15%掺水量的乳化柴油进行台架试验表明,中小负荷工况下节油效果不明显,大负荷工况下节油效果显著,节油率在9%～14%之间,燃用乳化柴油可降低尾气排放中NOx和排气可见污染物的含量.
