安徽省农村空心化综合测度与分区特征

农村空心化是乡村地域系统在城镇化、工业化发展过程中出现的一种不良演化状态,影响到农村经济社会的可持续发展。基于县域尺度,从土地、人口、经济3个子系统出发,对安徽省农村空心化程度进行综合测度。结果表明,安徽省农村空心化地理分区明显,皖北片区基本由中低度空心化区县覆盖;皖中片区集中表现为农村中度空心化特征;沿江片区,皖南片区,皖西片区较高空心化现象明显。同时,提出整治闲置、废弃土地,探索土地流转新机制,发展适度规模经营,健全农村社会保障体系等建议。

Comprehensive measure and partition features of rural hollowing in Anhui Province

Rural hollowing is a unhealthy state of rural regional system in the process of urbanization and industrialization development.It affects the sustainable rural economic and social development.Based on the county scale,this paper comprehensively measures the degree of rural hollowing in Anhui province from land,population and economic system.The results showed that the regional difference of rural hollowing in Anhui Province was significant.The north of Anhui province is basically at a middle or low level.The central area of Anhui province is characterized by the middle level.High rural hollowing is mainly found in the south and west of Anhui province,also in the area along the Yangtze River.At the same time,some suggestions such as regulating idle,abandoned land,exploring new mechanism of land circulation,developing moderate scale operation and improving the rural social security system are put forward.
