珙桐种子层积期间过氧化物酶同工酶的变化

摘    要:珙桐种子层积5个月后,过氧化物酶同工酶谱有13条酶带,在随后层积2年的不同时期中,酶带有消长变化,但没有新的酶带产生,随着层积时间的延长,酶带由多变少,当种子萌发时只剩下了5条特征性酶带,但酶带活性较高,层积2年萌发的种子,过氧化物酶活性比仍处于休眠状态的种子高1倍。

Abstract:After Dovetree seeds were stratified for five months, it was found to contain thirteen isoenzyme bands on isoperoxidase pattrns. The number changes ofisoenzyme bands were also observed, but no new isoenzyme bands occurred for differentstages during stratification. The isoehzyme bands gradually decreased with increasing ofstratification days of seeds and there were only five isoenzyme bands shown on theisoperoxidase pattrns when seeds germinated, but activity of these isocnzyme bands werestronger. Peroxidase activity of the germinating seeds which stratified for two years wastwo times of that of seeds which were still dormant.
