渗透胁迫下邻羟基苯甲酸对1年生杉木幼苗叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:为研究渗透胁迫下杉木自毒物质邻羟基苯甲酸(SA)对杉木幼苗的毒害作用,用不同浓度的聚乙二醇模拟干旱处理,通过水培方法研究在渗透胁迫下不同浓度(50,100,200 mg/L)杉木自毒物质SA对1年生杉木幼苗叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:在轻度(-0.3 MPa)、中度(-0.5MPa)、重度(-0.7MPa)渗透胁迫下,杉木幼苗叶绿素含量总体呈下降趋势,且随着渗透胁迫程度的增加,叶绿素含量下降加速.在渗透胁迫下,当自毒物质浓度达200 mg/L时,与对照相比,在第7,14,21 d时,其叶绿素含量分别下降15.39%,25.78%,41.89%.

Abstract:Aiming at studying the effects of auto-toxicity substance m-hydroxy phthalic acid (SA) on seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata under osmotic stress, the experiments were conducted by aquaculture of 1 year old seedlings of C. lanceolata simulantly treated by PEG- 6000 with gradient concentrations (50, 100, 200 mg/L) to study the influence of different SA concentrations upon the chlorophyll content of the seedlings. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of the seedlings presented a declining trend along with the increment of the drought stress caused gradient concentration of PEG - 6000 from - 0. 3 MPa, - 0.5 MPa to - 0. 7 MPa, The higher drought stress level was, the faster chlorophyll content decreased. In comparison with CK, while PEG- 6000 concentration reached 200 mg/L, the chlorophyll content deceased by 15.39%, 25.78%, and 41.89% respectively on the 7 th, 14 th, and 21 st day of the experiments.
