| 摘 要： | 以高黎贡山赧亢白眉长臂猿春、秋两季食物样本为研究对象,采用凯氏定氮法和油重法等方法,测定风干样本的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙和总磷等成分,比较不同取食部位食物间及春、秋季节间不同食物类型营养成分的差异,并对春、秋季的采食数据进行相关性检验。春、秋两季野外各采集13种白眉长臂猿的食物,春季包括植物茎1种,果实4种,植物嫩叶8种;秋季包括花1种,种子2种,果实和嫩叶各5种;2个季节白眉长臂猿共同取食的植物仅有丝线吊芙蓉。结果表明,白眉长臂猿春、秋季食物种类组成差异较大,但除嫩叶粗蛋白含量（P=0.016）和果实的钙（P=0.003）及总磷（P=0.010）含量有显著性差异外,其他测定组分间均无显著差异（P〉0.05）。
