思茅松嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:从影响思茅松扦插生根的内因、外因和内外因相互作用等方面开展研究,应用对比分析、方差分析和多重比较寻找适合思茅松扦插的基质种类、植物生长调节剂浓度、穗条年龄和长度及扦插时间等,结果表明:思茅松基本属于愈伤组织生根型;8~10 cm长的穗条是嫩枝扦插较为合适的长度;扦插繁殖存在明显的年龄效应,1年生嫩枝的扦插生根率明显高于2年生母株上的嫩枝;嫩枝扦插以山地红壤较好。
