云南地区麻疯树籽种仁化学成分测定

摘    要:测定云南不同产地麻疯树籽种仁各种化学成分含量,对相关数据进行比较分析。结果表明:生长地不同,麻疯树种子中各化学成分具有一定差异,种仁中油脂含量为46%~58%,粗蛋白含量为20%~28%,总糖含量为1.6%~2.9%,灰分含量为4.1%~4.9%;微量元素含量在不同样地间存在较大的差异,华坪地区种子中各微量元素含量均高于其他样地。综合来看:潞江地区的种子含油率最高,是制备生物柴油的优质种植基地;云南地区麻疯树籽的各营养成分含量较高,去脂脱毒后有望成为动物饲料源。
