| 摘 要： | 青钱柳具有极高的药用价值和保健作用,是重要的资源植物。从嫩叶、茎段和腋芽、离体胚等不同外植体的选择,以及适宜青钱柳生长的培养基和生长调节物质的筛选等方面综述近几年青钱柳组织培养快繁技术的研究进展,探讨组培快繁中常见的污染、褐化和生根问题,并提出探索组培苗生根机理及方法和体胚发生技术是今后研究的重点方向。
