| 摘 要： | 为给市场法评估林木资产价格提供一种新的思路和技术途径，丰富和完善林木资产评估体系，以灰色关联度的方法，结合马尾松评估的实际应用案例，对市场法评估林木资产过程中参照物权重的确定进行研究，最终确定待评估林木资产的价格，以使其更趋于合理。

| Abstract: | The Grey Correlation Method （GCM） was applied to enrich and improve forest asset appraisal sys- tem, and to provide the market approach with a new thinking and new technical approach for evaluating the forest asset price. Being combined with the practical appraisal example of Pinus massoniana forest asset, the reference weight determination in the forest price appraisal by market approach was studied, and the reasonable price of P. massoniana forest stand was finally determined. |
