四海波的水培研究

摘    要:通过比较四海波在不同处理下的生根数量和根长,分析去根、透光和营养液对四海波水培的影响。结果表明:透光可以促进四海波水培的根长生长和发根数量,去根抑制四海波新根的萌发和早期的根长生长,营养液不利于四海波水培的根长生长和发根数量。动态分析表明去根对四海波水培根长生长的影响与光照和营养液不同。

Abstract:The root length and number of the roots from the aquatic culture of Faucaria tigrina were studied as criteria to compare the influence of different treatments including derooting, varied intensity of solar radiation and nutritive solution on the aquaculture. The result showed that moderate solar radiation could improve the root growth of F. tigrina and increase the root number; derooting was not good for the occurrence of new roots nor for the early growth of the roots; while adding the nutritive solution to the aquaculture was not beneficial to the growth and occur- rence of new roots. The dynamic analysis showed that the influence of derooting on the aquaculture was different from that of solar radiation and adding nutritive solution.
