| 摘 要： | 通过对不同发芽温度条件下4个种源的长鞭红景天种子的发芽特征研究,分析了温度对长鞭红景天种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数的影响,以及种子的发芽过程和最适发芽温度,并结合野外育苗试验与监测分析了影响长鞭红景天种子发芽及幼苗生长的限制因素。结果表明:温度对4个种源的长鞭红景天种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数影响极显著,4个种源的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数对温度变化的反应一致,20~25℃是长鞭红景天种子发芽的最适温度,15~22℃的变温培养与20℃恒温培养种子的发芽率较高,但低于25℃恒温培养的发芽率;不同种源种子在同温度条件下发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数差异不显著,40℃已导致种子失去活力。5~35℃范围内,随温度升高,种子开始发芽所需时间缩短,发芽持续时间为长—短—长—短。长鞭红景天种子出苗率和幼苗保存率主要受温度、土壤、化感等因素的综合影响。
