氮、磷、钾元素形态配比及浓度对油松胚培养的影响

摘    要:以M S为基本培养基,以油松成熟胚为外植体进行离体培养诱导不定芽。试验和统计分析表明,硝态氮与氨态氮的配合使用有利于不定芽的诱导,NO3-/NH4 比值为4是不定芽诱导的最适氮源配比;磷素浓度为M S培养基中磷素浓度的2倍,更有利于不定芽的诱导;钾素浓度可保持M S培养基中的浓度不变。

Abstract:The mature embryos of Chinese pine were used as explants to induce adventitious buds on improved MS media.The results showed that cooperative use of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen could promote the formation of adventitious buds,the optimal ration of NO~-_3/NH~ _4 was 4.The optimal concentration of phosphorus was 2 times more than its concentration in the MS media.It's optimal to keep original potassium concentration in the MS media.
