河北太行山区15个核桃品种性状综合评价

摘    要:为探究太行山区15个核桃品种的生长结果特性,以河北绿岭果业有限公司核桃示范基地品种圃嫁接的15个核桃品种为试验材料,调查并测定了各品种核桃的果实特性及种仁营养成分,采用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,各品种果实特性及种仁营养成分有很大差别,不同品种核桃具有各自的优势。通过对测定的15个性状进行主成分分析,所提取出的6个主成分能够代表15个供试品种综合性状的88.233%,其中总蛋白质含量(文中提到的含量是质量分数)、单果质量、P含量、维生素E含量、出仁率、坚果产量是评价核桃综合品质的关键性指标,应用主成分综合得分对15个核桃品种进行排序,由大到小顺序为:绿岭、辽宁1号、绿波、元丰、香玲、中林1号、辽宁3号、鲁果1号、鲁光、金薄香2号、辽宁8号、鲁果6号、上宋6号、阿克苏9号、绿早。15个核桃品种营养成分差异较大,其中绿岭、辽宁1号、绿波表现较好,可在类似地区进行引种。

Abstract:To explore the growth and fruiting characteristics of 15 walnut cultivars cultivating in the area of the Taihang Mountains,15 walnut cultivars planted in the Walnut Demonstration Base of Hebei Lüling Fruit Co.,Ltd.were used as test materials.The fruit characteristics were investigated,the nutritional components of the walnut kernel were analyzed,and the principal component analysis method was adopted for comprehensive evaluation on the cultivars.The results showed that there had large differences in fruit characteristics and kernel nutrient components among the cultivars tested.Different cultivars had their own advantages.Through principal component analysis of the 15 measured characters,88.233%of the comprehensive characters of the 15 tested cultivars were represented by 6 extracted principal components,total protein content,nut weight,phosphorus content,vitamin E content,kernel rate,and nut yield were the key indicators to evaluate the comprehensive quality of walnuts.The 15 walnut varieties were ranked by the comprehensive scores of principal components as Lüling,from high lo low:Liaoning No.1,Lübo,Yuanfeng,Xiangling,Zhonglin No.1,Liaoning No.3,Luguo No.1,Luguang,Jinboxiang No.2,Liaoning No.8,Luguo No.6,Shangsong No.6,Akesu No.9,Lüzao.It was concluded that the 15 walnut cultivars had different growth characteristics and kernel nutrient components in the Taihang Mountain area.Among them,Lüling,LiaoningNo.1,Lübo performed better in the study area and they could be introduced to the similar areas.
