| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法、两相溶剂萃取法从新鲜水茄叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油的化学成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一法测定了各个成分的相对百分含量。共分离出42个峰,鉴定出35个化学成分。水茄叶挥发油中的主要成分为植物醇(31.92%),3-甲氧基-1,2-丙二醇(28.36%),十六碳醛(12.03%),(E,E,E)-3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,3,6,10,14-聚五烯十六烷(2.98%),2-甲基己烷(2.04%),6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(1.95%)等。

| Abstract: | Volatile oil was prepared from Solanum torvum Swartz leaf by steam distillation,and solvent extraction.The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization.Forty-two peaks were detected,of which 35 chemical compounds were identified.The major components were phytol(31.92%),3-methoxy-1,2-propanediol(28.36%),hexadecanal(16.03%),(E,E,E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethylhex-adeca-1,3,6,10,14-pentaene(2.98%),2-methl-hexane(2.04%),6,10,14-trimethyl-... |
