竹胶合板阻燃性能的研究

摘    要:以市场上常见的竹胶合板为对象,涂刷自制的膨胀型聚氨酯防火涂料,采用美国阿特拉斯(ATLA S)公司生产的HRR3热释放率系统,配合国产HC-2氧指数测定仪、XSHF-1防火涂料(小室法)等先进阻燃检测设备,按照美国航空标准(FAA)要求测试试样。分析并研究它们的阻燃机理,为发展竹材阻燃技术打下基础。

Abstract:Bamboo plywood was painted with self-produced expand polyurethane flame-retardant coating.By means of HRR_3 heat release rate system made by American ATLAS Electric Devices Company,HC-2 oxygen index equipment and XSHF-1 flame-retardant coating equipment,and according to Airworthiness Approval Tag of Federal Aviation Administration(FAA),the flame-retardant mechanism of the expand polyurethane flame-retardant coating was analyzed to develop flame-retardant technology of bamboo materials.
