杜仲含胶细胞的整体观察

利用变性处理和整体透明相结合的方法对杜仲各组织中含胶细胞的形态和分布,以及不同生长条件下含胶细胞的分布密度进行了研究。结果表明,杜仲含胶细胞是一种细长的、两端略膨大的、丝状分泌单细胞,在植株体内的分布与维管系统密切相关。在当年生杜仲幼茎中主要分布于初生韧皮部并靠近形成层的部位。光照有利于杜仲胶合成。

A Study on Gutta-containing Cell of Eucommia ulmoides

By denaturalization technique and whole clearing technique,the form and distribution of gutta-containing cells in Eucommia ulmoides were studied,and the distributing density of gutta-containing cells in different conditions were preliminarily studied.The results indicate that most of gutta-containing cells are secretive single ones that showed slender and filamentous figures with two dilated terminations.And their distributions have close relation with the vascular system.The gutta-containing cells in the annual caudexes of E.ulmoides distribute in firstborn phloem,and approach cambium.Furthermore,it was proved that illumination was optimized for the gutta-percha's biosynthesis.
