摘    要:模拟自然干旱,人为控制磷肥的施加量,通过对油松、侧柏、樟子松 3种苗木叶绿素含量、组织含水量、质膜透性、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量等 5个生理生化指标的测定,研究了磷营养对 3种苗木抗旱性的影响。结果表明,施加磷肥后 3种苗木所测指标值均较施磷前有明显变化,其结果导致苗木对水分胁迫环境下的抗旱性增强的程度为:侧柏>樟子松>油松。

Abstract:Under simulated drought condition and controlled application of phosphorus fertilizer, by measuring the physicological and physiochemical indices, influences of phosphorus nutrition on the drought resistance of Platycladus orientalis, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and P. tabulaeformis were studied.The results indicated that all the measured indices of three kinds of seedlings varied significantly after applying phosphorus fertilizer, and the degrees of improved drought resistance are in the order of Platycladus orientalis >Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica > P. tabulaeformis.
