稀碱液对泡桐木防变色作用的研究

摘    要:通过稀碱液对泡桐木色度及其对防变色剂的作用的研究得出:稀碱液能改善桐木渗透性、对桐木表面色泽无影响,稀碱液和防变色剂的共同作用比单独使用防变色剂处理的试材深度增加,桐木的自然色泽保持时间延长,经综合处理后的板材半年后仍能达到河南省外贸出口A级板标准。

Abstract:Experment results showed that the osmosis of paulownia wood was improved after using dilute alkaline solution, but the color and lustre of wood surface was not influenced. The coreaction of alkaline solution and preventing agent are better than the one that only use preventing agent. After treatment, the osmotic depth of wood was increased and natural color was kept long. After a half year the color and lustre of wood surface is as good as A grade board for export.
